Signing in
Where to sign in
Go to moinho-novo.com/customer/login and click Sign in with Moinho ID.
You will be redirected to the Moinho ID sign-in page (hosted on our identity provider). After you authenticate, you return to the customer portal automatically.
Magic link (email)
This is the default sign-in method:
- Enter your email address on the Moinho ID page.
- Check your inbox for an email with the subject Sign in to Moinho ID.
- Click the link in the email — it is valid for about 15 minutes.
- You are signed in and returned to the customer portal.

If you have already set up a passkey, you may be prompted to use that instead of waiting for an email.
Passkey sign-in
If you registered a passkey, Moinho ID may offer Sign in with a passkey on the login screen. Use your device’s fingerprint, face recognition, or security key — no email needed.

Sign out
Use Sign out in the top-right of the customer area. You will need to sign in again next time.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | What to try |
|---|---|
| “No customer account for that email” | Contact us — your Moinho ID may exist but your customer record does not |
| Magic link expired | Request a new sign-in from /customer/login |
| Sign-in session expired | Close the tab and start again from the login page |
| Email not arriving | Check spam; confirm you are using the email address we have on file |
Staff and admins
If you also have admin access, you may see Switch to admin panel after signing in. Admin sign-in uses the same Moinho ID at /admin/login.
