Profile

Your Profile page (/customer) is the main place to manage your account details and see where you are working today.

Personal and billing details

Update fields such as:

  • Name
  • Email (must match your Moinho ID)
  • Phone (international format, e.g. +351…)
  • NIF — Portuguese tax number; used for fiscal invoices
  • Address, city, postal code — appear on invoices when provided
  • Company name — optional, for business invoicing
  • Dietary requirements — helps us when catering or noting preferences

Click Save after making changes.

Birthday

Optional month and day fields let us know when to celebrate with you. We only store the day and month — not your birth year — so you can share your birthday without revealing your age.

Pick a month first, then choose the day. The day list adjusts for shorter months (for example February). Clear the month to remove your birthday from your profile.

Profile photo

Upload a photo using the image control on your profile. The photo may appear in community chat once your Matrix account is linked.

Current desk

The Current desk section shows:

  • Subscription members — the desk assigned to your monthly plan (managed by our team)
  • Day pass visitors — the desk you booked for today with an available pass

If nothing is shown, you may not have a booking for today or an active subscription desk assignment.

Subscriptions

The Subscriptions card links to /customer/subscriptions where you can:

  • See active, pending, past-due, or cancelled plans
  • View billing period and price
  • Cancel an active subscription (remains valid until the end of the current paid period)

Desk assignment for subscribers is not chosen in the customer portal — contact us if you need a desk change.
