This guide explains how to use the Moinho Novo customer portal — your online account for day passes, subscriptions, invoices, and community features.

Who this is for

You need a customer account at Moinho Novo. You can get one in either of these ways:

  • Book your first visit online — use the public signup flow at moinho-novo.com/signup to choose a visit date, buy your first day pass, and create your account in one checkout. After payment succeeds, check your email for a Moinho ID invitation so you can sign in and manage your booking.
  • Invitation from us — if we set you up manually (for example as a monthly member), you receive an email to activate your Moinho ID. See Your account.

Sign in

Open the customer portal at moinho-novo.com/customer/login and choose Sign in with Moinho ID.

Your Moinho ID is the same identity system used across Moinho Novo services. You sign in with your email — we send you a magic link, or you can use a passkey if you have set one up.

Language

The sign-in screen and main navigation are available in English and Portuguese. Use the PT / EN toggle in the header. Most page content is in English today.
