Overview & navigation
The customer portal is at /customer after you sign in. Use the tabs in the header to move between sections.
Navigation tabs
| Tab | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Profile | Your details, photo, billing info, birthday, dietary requirements, today’s desk, and link to subscriptions |
| Day passes | View available passes, book a desk for a date, cancel future bookings, see past visits |
| My Invoices | Download PDF invoices and request email copies |
| Shop | Buy day passes, subscriptions, and redeem complimentary items |
| Community | Member chat, polls, and shared Spotify playlist — see Community |
| Feedback | Send feedback via the widget in the bottom-right corner of the portal |

Profile and subscriptions
The Profile tab is your home page. From here you can:
- Update name, phone, address, Portuguese NIF (tax number) for invoices, and optional birthday (month and day only)
- Upload a profile photo (also used in community chat when linked)
- See Current desk — either your subscription desk or a desk booked with a day pass for today
- Open Subscriptions to view or cancel a monthly desk plan
The Subscriptions page is not in the main nav; reach it from the Profile card.
Notifications
If you order food or drinks from the shop, you can enable coffee notifications in the header. Your browser will alert you when your order is being prepared.
Switching to admin
If you are also an Moinho Novo administrator, a Switch to admin panel button appears at the bottom-right. Regular customers will not see this.
Sign out
Use Sign out in the header when you are done, especially on shared computers.
