Community

The Community tab (/customer/community) brings together member tools in one place:

All three use the same Moinho ID sign-in as the rest of the portal.

Page layout

When you open Community, the page is stacked from top to bottom:

  1. Community principles — shared guidelines for the space (always visible)
  2. Community polls — collapsible panel above chat (only when you are eligible and a poll is open)
  3. Community chat — embedded Cinny client (main panel)
  4. Community playlist — collapsible panel below chat (only when you are eligible and Spotify is configured)

Polls and the playlist are hidden entirely when you are not in the configured audience or when nothing is running. That is normal — see each section’s page for eligibility details.

Community guidelines

The page shows three principles we ask members to follow:

  1. We all pitch in — shared space works when everyone contributes
  2. We protect focus — respect quiet work time
  3. We're friendly folks — be welcoming and constructive

Profile photo in chat

If you uploaded a photo on your Profile, it may sync to your chat avatar after you open Community.

Privacy

Community features are for members. Do not share access with non-members. Report problems through the feedback widget in the customer portal or email hello@moinho-novo.com.
