Your account
Before you can use the customer portal, you need a customer record linked to your Moinho ID.
Getting an account
Book your first day pass (public signup)
If you are visiting for the first time, you can create an account yourself:
- Open moinho-novo.com/signup.
- Choose your visit date and pick a day pass.
- Enter your details and complete payment (Revolut checkout).
- After payment succeeds, your pass is confirmed and your customer account is created. Check your email for a Moinho ID invitation.
- Accept the invitation, then sign in at /customer/login to book your desk and manage your visit.
Your account is created only after payment succeeds. If you already have an account with that email, the signup page will prompt you to sign in instead.
Invitation from Moinho Novo
If we set you up manually (for example monthly members or complimentary access):
- You receive an email with the subject Welcome to Moinho Novo (or similar).
- Click Accept your invitation in the email.
- You are taken through Moinho ID setup:
- Confirm your name and email
- Verify your email with a one-time link (magic link)
- Once activated, you can sign in at /customer/login.
Optional but recommended
After your account is active, add a passkey so future sign-ins are a single tap or biometric check — no email required.
What if sign-in says “no customer account”?
If you complete Moinho ID sign-in but see a message that we could not find a customer account for your email, your identity exists but your customer profile has not been linked yet. Contact us at hello@moinho-novo.com and we will connect your account.
WiFi
WiFi details are shown on the signup confirmation page after you book your first visit online, and at the walk-in kiosk when you check in on the day. Keep your profile photo and contact details up to date so we can reach you about bookings and invoices.
Monthly members
If you have a desk subscription, your assigned desk appears on your Profile. Subscription management (viewing status, cancelling) is under Profile → Subscriptions. Desk assignment for subscribers is handled by our team — you do not pick a desk yourself in the portal for ongoing membership.
