Day passes & desks
Day passes let you visit Moinho Novo for one or more days. After buying a pass (or receiving a complimentary visit), you book a desk for the date you plan to come in.
Open Day passes in the customer nav (/customer/passes).
Viewing your passes
Passes are split into three tabs:

Each pass shows the product name, purchase date, and status.
Booking a desk
- Open Day passes and go to the Available tab.
- On a pass you want to use, click Book a desk.
- In the booking dialog:
- Date — today or a future date (you can pre-book ahead of your visit)
- Desk — choose Any available desk or pick a specific desk; desks already taken on that date show as “(booked)”
- Click Confirm booking.
Your pass moves from Available to Booked and a desk is reserved for that date. On the day of your visit, Profile → Current desk shows where you are sitting.
Pre-booking
You can book days in advance — useful if you know your schedule. If every desk is full on a date, pick another day.
Cancelling a booking
If your plans change, you can cancel a future booking and get the pass back:
- Open Day passes and go to the Booked tab.
- Find the upcoming visit you want to change.
- Click Cancel booking and confirm.
The desk booking is removed and the pass returns to Available, so you can book a different date.
Same-day bookings
You cannot cancel a booking online on the day of your visit (or for dates that have already passed). Contact us if you need help on the day itself.
Complimentary day visits
If your account has complimentary allowance (for example through a membership perk or staff grant), you may see a complimentary pass on this page with a label like Complimentary day visit. The booking flow is the same: choose date and desk, then confirm.
Some complimentary visits are redeemed from the Shop instead — see Shop & checkout.
Buying more passes
Click Buy more day passes (or go to Shop) to purchase additional day passes. After payment completes, new passes appear under Available.
Time windows
Some day-pass products only allow use during certain hours on the day of your visit. If you try to book outside those hours on the same day, the system may reject the booking. When in doubt, book for a future date or contact us.

Troubleshooting
| Issue | Suggestion |

| No desks available on a date | Try another date or “Any available desk” |
| Pass not showing after purchase | Wait a moment and refresh; check Shop order completed |
| Wrong desk on arrival | Contact us — we can reassign from the admin panel |
| Need to change a future booking | Booked tab → Cancel booking, then book again from Available |
| Need to cancel on the day of your visit | Contact us — same-day cancellation is not available online |
