This page explains the cookies and similar technologies used on the Moinho Novo website. It is issued under the ePrivacy Directive (in Portugal, Lei n.º 41/2004) and GDPR.
Summary
We use one strictly-necessary cookie during the sign-in flow. We do not use analytics, advertising, or social-media cookies. Some pages can display content from third parties (currently a Google Maps embed on the Find Us page and a HubSpot form on the Livro de Reclamações page); those services may set their own cookies, and we only load them if you opt in.

You can change your choices at any time by opening or using the link in the footer of any page. You can also clear cookies in your browser at any time.

Analytics
Not currently used. This category is reserved so that if we add a privacy-friendly analytics tool in the future, it will only load for visitors who have opted in.
Third-party embeds
If you allow this category, the Find Us page will load a Google Maps
embed and the Livro de Reclamações page will load a HubSpot form.
Google and HubSpot, as separate controllers, may set their own cookies
when those embeds load. Google cookies can include
NID, CONSENT, and related identifiers. See

for details. If you do not allow this category, these embeds do not
load and no data is sent to Google or HubSpot.
How your choice is stored
Your consent choice is stored in your browser's localStorage
under the key mn_consent_v1. It is not a cookie and is not
sent to our servers. It stays in your browser until you clear it or
change your choice. If we materially change the cookies we use, we
will ask you again.
